Chapters include models of case management and proactices in other jurisdictions, criminal procedures and sentencing practices, judicial control, information technology and performance measures. The paper was commissioned by the Attorney-General and Acting Chief Justice Malcolm Gray with the aim of identifying options for improving case management and listing systems in the ACT Supreme Court.
