Where do I pay my court imposed fine?
You must pay your fine directly to the Court. Court fines cannot be paid at any other agency.

How do I pay my fine?
In response to current situation with COVID-19, the court registry is no longer able to accept the payment of fines in person or via cash payments.
To make a full payment of the fine
Via Credit or Debit card
Please download a Credit Card Authorisation Form fill in and return a scanned or emailed copy to MCListings@courts.act.gov.au (Magistrates Court fines) or SCListing@courts.act.gov.au (Supreme Court fines).
You will receive an acknowledgement of your form and a receipt for payment within 3 business days.
You can also pay over the phone on (02) 6205 4441.
Via Direct deposit
You can make payment via electronic direct deposit by depositing the fine amount into:

If your banking application has the option you can advise the court of the payment by sending an email to finance@courts.act.gov.au
To make a partial payment or pay in instalments via Direct Debit Request
Please download a Direct debit request form. Fill in the first 5 pages of the document, if you have any questions on how to fill in the form, email fines.management@courts.act.gov.au or phone (02) 6205 4441. The deduction must start on a Thursday and must not be less than $5 per week.
If the bank account you are making the deductions from is not yours but someone else who agrees to let you take deductions from their bank account, you must get a photo identification of that person giving permission and a signed letter of authority from that person allowing you to do so.
Please return the signed scanned document to fines.management@courts.act.gov.au.
What if I am unable to pay in the time allowed?
If you are unable to pay the full amount of the fine within the time allowed by the court, you may apply to the Court to pay installments by direct debit.
